Speaking Engagements

I would be very honored to speak with you and your group upon request. I would be happy to share with your group, young or old, large or small, the depth of my experiences and how they have taught me to retake control of my life, make better choices and become a leader, not a follower.

It doesn't matter who you are or where you are - everyone is susceptible to the world of drugs, and everyone can use more information and education to prevent drug use and to educate themselves, their families and their workplaces about drug awareness.

Tim's Speaking Bio

Tim McBride is a former drug smuggler turned drug awareness educator. He uses his history of smuggling, drug abuse, greed and prison to educate young adults, adults and their families on how destructive drugs can be and how they ruin lives. They ruin not just the lives of the users but also the lives of their families and friends. His knowledge didn't come from a book nor did it come from a college or university, it came from the school of "been there done that."

Tim is a straightforward speaker who tells it like it is. His goal is to help you understand the importance of making the best choices you can make when it comes to drugs and life in general.  He also speaks to you about how to defeat temptation and the value of learning to walk away from (and turning your back upon) the kind of person he once was. Some of his stories will shock you and some may frighten you, but that's exactly his point. He will help you understand that no one is immune to this plague of illegal drugs and the violent crime it breeds, crime that has ravaged our country. But it can be avoided and there is a cure.
